It's all taking shape
It's an exciting time at Lawley Village as the new development takes shape, with a host of facilities opening their doors.
In Lawley Square, the bustling commercial and community hub of this exciting new neighbourhood, a brand new Morrisons store is already open, providing everything residents could want for the weekly shop within a short walk or cycle ride from their new homes.
Meanwhile, a new children's play area has been installed by Telford & Wrekin Council for primary school-aged children at Clover Mead and Wenlock Square, complementing the existing facility for older children, off Glendale, behind Lawley Village Green.
Construction has also started on Lawley Village Day Nursery, which is set to open in January 2014 next to Morrisons, catering for children aged from two months to five years, plus an after-school kids club.
What's more, Marston's pub and restaurant The Grazing Cow is now open in Lawley Square, giving residents a place to eat, drink and socialise on their doorsteps.
With new families arriving all the time, Lawley Village is fast becoming a thriving community with so much to offer its new residents!
